I admire bloggers. Well, not ALL bloggers. Some bloggers. I admire bloggers who blog about interesting stuff and actually keep up on their blog. I don't admire annoying bloggers that have blogs about stupid stuff like what kind of toilet paper they use or what they gave their granny for lunch.

I am a terrible blogger. If I blog, it happens maybe, like...once a year?. I don't think I blogged at all last year. Maybe once. And this is my first blog this year, in 2011. So yeah, I suck. But hopefully I'm not as sucky as bloggers that blog about TP and granny's lunch.

ANYWAY...

I wanted to blog some thoughts about time today.

Time FLYS. Or wait....Time FLIES. However you spell it, it goes by fast. I'm going to be 25 this year. Gross. That means, I will have just finished my associate's degree, and most people want to start having kids around this time. If you don't have kids in your mid twenties, you will be the forever-feared OLD MOM. God forbid. I also just got married 7 months ago and my husband and I feel that we are in no way financially or mentally prepared for a child at this point in our lives. That being said, no babies for us for AT LEAST another 20 years. Okay maybe 3 or 4. IDK.

All I know is that I look back and I think to myself, "What happened, last time I knew I was 14!" Time goes by so fast, you literally have to savor EVERY day, because before you know it, your life's gone! And you will look back and think what have I been doing all my life? I want to look back and be able to say that my life was worth while. That I spent my time well. That I spent it loving people. Making a difference. That I didn't waste my time carelessly. That I learned as much as I possible could, that I heard and saw as much as possible.

So this is me attempting to be a better blogger. Even though this one was probably boring. As many of my blogs are. But whatev if you don't like my blog, do not read it. :)

alright. wedding in 3 months. yes THREE. where the hell did time go? wtf. i thought that just last week i was telling people, "oh yeah, we're getting married in 6 months!" holy crap now it's gonna be June. what do i have done? um......lets see i made a guestbook for people to sign. oh BOY! so much for enjoying a month off from school. what the hell did i accomplish? zero of the art projects i was supposed to complete. barely anything for the wedding me and josey are supposed to have in THREE months and...oh wait! I did manage to spend 120+ hours at a chicken restaurant being frustrated and stressed as well as NOT catching up on any of the sleep that I lost during Spring Semester. okay. please accept my apology for all the negative blog posts. i think i need a vacation. honeymoon, here i come!

yes yes. I did it. I finished this semester of 5 classes and full time job of 40 hrs. a week. and for some reason, i don't feel half as accomplished as I thought I would. perhaps the lack of sleep for the last 4 months has gotten in the way of any satisfaction i might possibly feel. i am now convinced i am an insomniac. i have also grown to discover that my love for coffee is far beyond simple love now. addiction would be an appropriate word to replace "love" with. as i was looking over my bank statement (which i very rarely actually do) I found that I had spent close to $150 on coffee in one month. i was of course taken aback thinking, "no way! impossible, that ridiculous." then as i recalled the 2, sometimes 3 stops at starbucks i would make each day (usually 4 to 5 days a week) it dawned on my that yes, i obviously did spent almost that much on overpriced coffee. so I thought, MAYBE it's time to back off on the coffee a little. the next day i had school from 8 to 5 so instead of stopping by starbucks for my usual grande bold coffee, with extra cream and three sweet & low. i skipped. and proceeded to fall asleep in every single one of my four classes that day. SO, since i am just a teeny bit dependent on the caffeine drug, i thought maybe i could replace it with TEA. at least tea has like antioxidants or whatever. so i tried tea and it didn't quite have the same effect as coffee. I have now come to the conclusion that my addiction to caffeine must be psychological. soda has caffeine, tea has caffeine and neither of them give me what coffee provides for some reason. it must be psychological. this post started out about me being an insomniac. maybe my sleep problem is not from school but from coffee. duh. i told you i have a problem.

Yes. I know. No postings made for.......let's see......perhaps 6 months or so. World's Worst Blogger medal hanging about my neck as we speak.

School sucks. everyone knows it. Hey everybody, let's pay thousands of dollars to be stressed out about grades, then not even be able to find a decent job after we get the degree, but still be in debt for the rest or our lives and then probably our children's lives too.

Finals suck. I think maybe I've gotten a total of 13 hours of sleep for the past 3 weeks.

Okay enough of my whining and crying. As my fiance would tell me..."suck it up and shut up." haha.

Today I walked in my room and realized that I no longer had a floor. Then my second realization was that I indeed had a floor in my room, it was simply missing beneath the layers and layers of ridiculous clutter covering it. In conclusion, my productiveness for this evening consisted of finding my bedroom floor. AKA cleaning up my crap. :)

1. it's finally getting colder in SC.

2. leaves don't gradually change colors in SC like they do in NY. they're green one day and when you wake up the next day, the ground is littered with tons of crinkled up, brown things.

3. the first year i lived in SC i went christmas tree shopping in shorts and a t-shirt.

I love SC, but i just don't know if i'll ever get fully accustomed to the 100 degree, 5 month long summers. however, if you live in NY you get 7 month long ice cold winters. what state has a happy medium of both????

yes. I got up this morning at 7. Got ready for school. Drove to school. Realized payment for tuition is due tomorrow. Realized I should probably pay it before they cancel my classes. Realized that Trident Tech is highly overpriced. Lots of realizations happened today. Went to Books A Million. Went to Barnes and Noble. Realized I want to work in a coffee shop. Called boyfriend. Realized I was starving and felt like I might pass out. Sat in Chik Fil A Drive Thru for about 17 minutes. Became irritated. Became relieved after I ate the first french fry. Now getting ready for work.

Tomorrow is my day off. I like thinking about what I'll do on my day off the night before my day off. Sometimes I make lists of things to do on my day off so I'll stay organized. Sometimes when I make To-Do lists for my days off I get caught up in the satisfying feeling of completing the To-Do list. For example, I will add things that I did that day such as, "take a shower," or "eat lunch" just to make the list longer and therefore give me the impression that I accomplished more on my day off. Even though it's a little strange to feel accomplished about taking a shower or eating lunch. Whatever.

i think im beginning to develop a problem. i've been closing lately at work and when i close i have a hard time winding down and sleeping. it usually takes me anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs. to finally relax and get some shuteye. so during those 2 to 4 hrs. i try to wind down by browsing urbanoutfitters.com. bad idea. i've splurged on two items from there so far in the last 2 weeks. now, im not a spender. i like having a nice pile in the bank (or at least i try too). but for some reason, i go on that website and i see things and then i picture my life with those things, and then i feel like i must have those things and before i know it, there i am placing an order and OOPS!!! there's a package on my door step 5 days later and my checking account has much less cash money in it. i fear if i dont get a handle on this habit, it might get a bit out of hand. but then i think of the AMAZING boots i just bought at an AMAZING sale price and i feel a little bit better. :)

boyfriend is moving to a new place in two weeks. boyfriend has a big flat screen tv that he wants to hang over the fireplace in his new place. but alas, he is renting this new place and fears to stick gigantic holes in the walls that he will end up having to repair at the end of his lease. so boyfriend build a neato mantelpiece to go over the fireplace to hold up his tv. im very impressed. it came out much better than i thought it would. it actually looks fantastic. when i figure out how to put pics up i will post a pic of the "boyfriend fireplace/tv holder/mantelpiece/thingy." my favorite is how he was so proud and pleased with his accomplishment. and me being impressed and proud of his accomplishment just adds wood to his confidence fire. :)

im eating a bowl of lucky charms right now, reminiscing about how when i was a little girl, probably between 8 and 11 i would beg my mom to get blueberry morning for our cereal for the mornings. my sisters always wanted reeses puffs, or fruity pepples or some normal cereal that most chiuldren enjoy. not some bran flakes cereal that old people get because it's good for them. i liked blueberry morning simply because i felt grown up for eating it. as i eat my lucky charms, i realize, i could have been eating these delightful marshmallow pieces for breakfast all during my childhood, but no i have to have the horrid blueberry morning. weird what kids will do to feel grown up.

japanese teacher woman assigned a new project today. choose a well known fairytale to recreate into a collage depicting the main theme of the actual tale. however, we must choose a well known celebrity to use in place of the main character. of course i have chosen Alice in Wonderland due to my recent fascination with the classic written by lewis carroll. thank you christine :) i am getting a bit stumped on which celeb i should choose for alice. i want someone that will depict alice's innocence.......its a little tough trying to find any celb with any look of innocence though. comment me with opinions, gracias.

Haven't been on in a while. Just got home from work, have to be back there at 9 in the morning. I find that just when I'm about to give up at my job and I feel that there's zero hope to ever improve there, I have a shift that goes better than I could have imagined to have gone. Maybe I'll stick around for another day. :)
